Why I am selling

Nothing clever. We bought it to use, put the drive and the pad in, and then our schedules stopped letting us get down there. It deserves somebody who will actually be on it.

Planning a trip?

It is five miles off I‑40 at Exit 126, and the drive takes a truck or a car equally well. Tell me roughly when you would like to come and I will meet you there.
